Restrictions
Based on double occupancy. Beyond two guests per room, additional charges may apply. Taxes and gratuity are not included. Prior to confirmation, package rates are subject to change without notice and available on select days and may not be available on concert dates and/or special event dates. Special requests and requested room types are only guaranteed with full payment at time of booking with a 48 hour cancellation requirement. Maximum occupancy is four persons.
Cancellation policy
Hotel room reservations, including special packages, can be cancelled up to two days prior to the reservation date without penalty. Cancellations received less than two days prior to reservation date will be subject to a cancellation charge of the first night's room and tax. Refunds will not be honored without a valid cancellation number.
Facility Fee
Inclusive to the rates above, there will be an additional facility fee of $7.50 per room per night.
Amenities included in this fee are: Access to the fitness center and pool area, two (2) bottles of water, in-room coffee & tea, Newspaper Mon-Fri, USA Today and Sat/Sun, our local paper, unlimited local calling, 30 minutes total calling on toll free numbers and high speed wired Internet access in the hotel room.

Full payment in advance/no refunds: Full payment is required for this reservation at the time of booking; your credit card/debit card will be charged immediately in U.S. dollars for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and no refunds or credits will be issued. Reservation cannot be modified: Price quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early departure/cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Extending your stay: Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s) subject to availability and prevailing rates and this rate shall not apply.
Price does not include: The price you selected includes room rate and applicable taxes only and does not include any applicable service charges, facility fee or charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, food and beverage, parking, mini-bar charges and other optional incidentals).
