Pop sensation One Direction will be hitting the road for their first-ever headlining North American tour in support of their debut album Up All Night.
One Direction made history as their debut album Up All Night entered the U.S. Billboard 200 chart at #1 with over 176,000 copies sold. This makes chart history as the first British group ever to debut at #1 in the U.S. with their debut album release. Up All Night went straight to #1 on the digital chart within minutes of its official release on Tuesday, March 13th.
One Direction gained notoriety in 2010 after appearing on The X-Factor U.K. Their global smash debut album, Up All Night, entered the charts at #1 in 12 countries and has been certified triple platinum in Ireland, double platinum in the U.K. & Australia and platinum in New Zealand. Their BRIT Award winning debut single "What Makes You Beautiful" entered the charts at #1 in both the U.K. and Ireland. In the U.S., "What Makes You Beautiful" sold more than 131,000 copies in its first week, debuting at #12 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart. Their #28 debut on the Billboard Hot 100 marked the highest debut from a British group's debut single since the Spice Girls in 1998.

The winning DJ will be hired to spin every Wednesday from June 27th - August 29th on the Rooftop of the Riverview Garage during Mohegan Sun's Hot Summer Fun Wild Wednesdays.
DJ Clinton Sparks returns to The Shops concourse on May 31st from 10:00pm - 1:00am to keep the crowd pumpin'! He's worked with the biggest names in the music business, is the music news host on E! News & has his own syndicated radio show in over 20 cities and he is now ready to put his own spin on The Shops concourse.

Country fans, get ready for some southern hospitality when Mohegan Sun's Signings & Sightings presents singer/songwriter Lee Brice for a special appearance in The Shops at Mohegan Sun. Don't miss your chance to meet this chart-topping Country star as he participates in a public signing event far from "Overrated" for his fans on Friday, May 25th immediately following his performance in the Wolf Den at 8:00pm.
*Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time restrictions, Lee Brice will only be signing copies of his CD, Hard 2 Love and it must be purchased on the day of the event at Spin Street in order to gain entrance to the signing.

Jeff Dunham, America's premier comedian/ventriloquist, returns to Mohegan Sun Arena with his Controlled Chaos Tour.
Dunham and his fast-talking, irreverent "suitcase posse" became household names with his hour-long Comedy Central special entitled Jeff Dunham - Spark of Insanity. That is only one of several TV appearances that account for Dunham's popularity. He has been seen with both David Letterman and Jay Leno, guested on Blue Collar TV and The Best Damn Sports Show and was the star of The Jeff Dunham Show which aired on Comedy Central in 2009.

Englishman Peter Noone became a Pop sensation at the age of fifteen as the lead singer of Herman's Hermits. During the post-Beatles Pop music "British Invasion" of the 60s, the group had an amazing run of Top 10 gold records including "I'm Into Something Good," "Mrs. Brown, You've Got A Lovely Daughter" and "I'm Henry VIII, I Am."

Tommy Koenig has headlined at every major stand-up venue in the United States, working alongside performers such as Jerry Seinfeld, Ray Romano and Eddie Murphy. He has won numerous awards and performed all over the world. Tommy is a hard-working actor/comedian with twenty years in the business and a diverse body of work including roles in film, (Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Dracula Dead and Loving it, Stitches, etc.) stage, (A View From The Bridge, The Tooth of Crime, The Basic Training of Pablo Hummel) and television (Miami Vice, Not Necessarily The News...).
In 1999, while in college in Pennsylvania, Joe Praino began doing stand-up and performed at the Comic Strip Live in New York. He has been featured in the Boston Comedy Festival, the NY Surf Film Festival, the Lighthouse International Film Festival, High Times Magazine and College Sports Television, as well as performed in clubs & colleges in and around the tri-state area. Joe can be seen in the movie Magnum P.I. as the character "Thomas Magnum."
Sherry Davey was seen most recently on Nick At Nite's Search For America's Funniest Mom II the series. She has regularly appeared on Comedy Central’s Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn and Premium Blend.
She plays colleges, casinos and comedy clubs all around the country and has been honored as one of the Hollywood Reporter’s “Magificent Seven.” She was recently named one of the "Top 10 Comedians in NYC" by the Improper Magazine. She appears regularly in NYC at The Comic Strip; The New York Improv; The New York Comedy Club and Carolines.
