Hotels chosen to receive this coveted award were selected by subscribers who voted for those that best served their corporate meetings and/ or incentive travel programs during the year.

Readers have chosen 40 hotel winners in North America. These select properties were selected for their high level of service, flexible function space, quality of food and beverage, and good value on room rates.

Only 30 properties in North America were chosen as Premium Circle Award winners. Insurance and financial services meetings executives cast their ballots based on meeting room quality, staff, food and beverage service, convention services, guest-room quality, and audiovisual and technical support.
Corporate Meetings & Incentives asked readers which hotels, resorts, and conference centers had best handled their meetings and incentive programs during the past year. Only 40 hotels were honored based on the meeting services' quality, and resorts were judged on atmosphere, services, and recreational amenities.
