Todd English's Tuscany

Winner of the 2006, 2007 & 2008 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence

Celebrity Chef, Todd English, brings the flavor of Tuscany, Italy to Mohegan Sun. Guests can enjoy an a la carte lunch or dinner out on the patio, in our rustic dining room, at our full-service dining room bar or secluded in our Private Dining Room for up to 22 guests.

In addition to lunch service, we also offer the "Tuscan Table" (Mon-Fri), featuring a variety of authentic Italian dishes such as Pasta Bolognese, fresh Mozzarella and vine-ripened Tomato Salad, Prosciutto-wrapped Crostini or seasoned and cured freshly sliced meats. There is also a Venetian dessert table that offers a variety of Tuscan market-fare dolci, which are made daily.

If it's flatbread that you crave, try our signature "Tuscan" (prosciutto, fontina, gorgonzola and rosemary-fig jam) Arthur Avenue (roasted tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, mozzarella and parmesan) or the "Carbonara" (caramelized onions, peas, fontina and pancetta) to name a few.

For dinner, Tuscany offers starters such as Sweet Potato Zuppa, Butternut Ravioli, Baked Oysters, or Boston Bibb Salad. You can also create your own antipasto combination with the Antipasto Della Casa which offers a variety of cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta.

For your entrée, choose from select pasta dishes such as Orecchietti or our signature Handcrafted Potato Gnocchi or Pici Pasta. Looking for something heartier? Try our open-hearth grilled or oven-baked entrs which include Seared Scallops, Wood Grilled Tuna, Kurabuto Pork Shank, Tuscan Chicken and 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Perhaps you want to be a little more adventurous...Our 4-course Chef's Tasting (with or without wine pairings) will truly send your taste buds soaring! Finish off your culinary experience by trying our trademark Fallen Chocolate Cake or Blood Orange Tart with an Italian coffee or Black Bottom Crème Brûlée with Grappa.
