To redeem tickets for cash, guests can simply visit one of Mohegan Sun's more than 50 ticket redemption kiosks or nine cashiering booths conveniently located throughout the casinos.
What are comps?
At Mohegan Sun, comps are known as Player's Club points. Points are earned while you wager at slots, tables, Keno or in our Race Book. These points then can be used to purchase anything you like, anywhere within Mohegan Sun.
How do I get rated?
Easy...first be sure to become a Player's Club member. Membership is free and it only takes a few minutes to join. Simply present your valid identification at any Player's Club booth for your personalized account and start earning valuable points today! After receiving your personal Player's Club card, it should then be inserted in your slot or video poker machine every time you play, or presented to the dealer when you play any table game. The dealer will alert the floor person who will track the amount of time, your play and your average bet to help you earn valuable club points good towards food and beverage, entertainment, exclusive merchandise and more!
What do I have to do to get complimentaries?
Points are earned based upon your average bet and length of play.

How do I redeem my points?
Simply present your card with valid identification (or PIN number) and points will be automatically debited from your account. Be sure to check your point balance prior to redemption by inserting your card in any slot or video poker machine and viewing the reader display.
How can I correct a misspelling on my Player's Club card?
To fix a misspelling on your Player's Club card, simply go to any Player's Club booth the next time you visit Mohegan Sun. We will reissue you a new card with the correct spelling.
How can I change my PIN number?
If you would like to change your PIN number or have forgotten the number, visit one of the Main Cages.
How many slot machines do you have?
Mohegan Sun has more than 6,600 of the newest slot machines available.
What denominations are the slot machines?
Mohegan Sun offers slot machine denominations of half-cent, 1 cent, 5 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $100.00 and the only $500.00 machine in New England.
