Standard guest rooms offer either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed (upon request). Suites have a king bed and full-size sofa bed.
Can you access your email from a guest room?
Yes, Mohegan Sun offers free email access. Each room is equipped with ultra-fast T-1 Internet connections.
Do guest rooms have kitchen facilities?
No.
Are there irons and ironing boards in the rooms?
Yes, all the rooms are equipped with irons and full-size ironing boards.
Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
Yes, hairdryers are available in each room.
Do all guest rooms have a safe?
Yes. Each room has an in-room safe and state-of-the-art electronic security entry system.

What are the acceptable forms of payment when confirming a reservation?
To reserve a room at Mohegan Sun, you must be 21 years or older and possess a major credit card in your name. Agency checks and personal checks must be received by Mohegan Sun at least 15 days prior to arrival. Cash is acceptable upon check-in as a deposit. Cash may also be used to pay for accommodations upon check-out as long as a deposit has been secured. Checks or money orders must be mailed to the address below:

How much are hotel tax charges?
Room tax is 12%.

Can Mohegan Sun offer any guarantees of the view that I will get from my room?
Unfortunately, due to the high occupancies of the hotel, we are unable to guarantee a specific room or view. However, we will be more than happy to include your request with your reservation.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation at the hotel?
Room types are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed without pre-charging a credit card at time of reservation. Cancellations can be made up to midnight two days prior to the reservation date to avoid penalty of first night's room and tax. Same-day reservations cannot be cancelled without penalty (first nights room and tax).
Are the bellman's gratuities included in my stay?
No, the recommended gratuity would be $10.00.
Are the housekeeping gratuities included in my stay?
No, the recommended gratuity would be $3.00.
Is valet parking complimentary?
Yes, valet parking is complimentary. The recommended gratuity is $5.00.
Is dry cleaning available at Mohegan Sun?
Yes, dry cleaning is picked up at 9:00am and delivered at 6:00pm the same day.
Is laundry service available?
Yes, laundry service is available at the hotel. Laundry is picked up at 8:30am and delivered at 6:00pm the same day.
Are there handicapped facilities at the hotel?
Yes, handicapped rooms are available upon request.
What are the costs for telephone calls?
Local phone calls are free. Long distance is $9.10 the first minute and $1.40 each additional minute.
Is there turndown service available at the hotel?
Yes, turndown service is available.
Are pets allowed in the hotel and casino?
